The COMET Method, in five moves
Calibrate, Observe, Mark, Execute, Track. A repeatable way to turn "our store feels off" into a specific, fixable, measurable list of revenue leaks.

Cometafy runs on a single repeatable sequence — the COMET Method™. It exists so that a diagnosis never depends on a hunch, and a fix is never declared a win without proof.
Calibrate
Before looking at anything, we agree on what a “win” is. Usually that’s revenue per session, not a vanity metric. Calibration is what keeps the rest of the work honest.
Observe
We watch real buyers move through the store on the devices they actually use. No surveys, no assumptions — just the recorded reality of where attention holds and where it drops.
Mark
Every hesitation becomes a marked coordinate: the exact screen, the exact step, the estimated cost in lost sales. The output is a ranked list, not a vibe.
Execute
We change the highest-value leak first, and only that one. One variable at a time is the difference between “we improved things” and “we know what improved things.”
Track
The fix is provisional until the numbers confirm it. We track the calibrated metric until the lift is real and stable — then we move to the next marked coordinate.
Five moves. Repeat until the funnel stops leaking.
